Oy, I tell ya – this GF cookbook has some serious errors. Thank Goodness I know the basics of baking, both "regular" and gluten free. These, by the way, are my *mostly* fixed version of the scones in the Autism Cookbook I’m reviewing… I probably will post the recipe since it’s drastically different (i.e. it WORKS) but is still in tune with the diet guidelines.
