Bulgogi
Sticky rice recipe

Marinate 400g of thinly sliced sirloin in mixture of:

1 spring onions (finely chopped)
1 shallot (finely chopped)
? asian pear (grated)
2 T (korean) soysauce
2? T sugar
1 T sesame oil
1 t ground black pepper
1 t sesame seeds
1 clove of garlic, grated
1 T lemonjuice

Marinate for ? hour or maximum 3 hours.
Then, what I would do next time I make this is try to separate as much of the marinate into a little pan and reduce until caramelized and sticky. Try to wipe the beef a little dry and quickly grill on high heat until nicely charred. (As you can see the grilling part didn’t work out this time, luckily it was still nice to eat)

Mix grilled beef with sticky marinate and 1 or 2 spring onions cut in an angle.
Eat with rice or wrap in iceberg lettuce.
