Question by kayaress: Does anyone have a really good recipe for chinese pork fried rice? ?
I would like to be able to make fried rice that tastes like the kind you get at a Chinese restaurant. I can’t seem to find one that gives a similar taste and texture.

The main trick is that you use 1-3 day old rice (gives less sticky texture). If possible try cooking the rice in chicken broth, but not necessary. When frying rice use wok if possible, with peanut oil, onions and scallions (include other ingredients as u like).Use small amount of soy sauce (usually for color darkness) Add the egg towards the end of frying the rice in the center of wok, then mix slowly with rice and egg.
