I recently went to a Hmong Fest and had the most wonderful spicy sausage and sticky rice. Does anyone have a recipe for this sausage? Please share!

I had the recipe, but I have completely forgotten it. I’d help if I could, otherwise you can purchase them from a Hmong Oriental store. They’re usually in the frozen section.
