Question by : How do I make authentic Indian Chicken Curry, and rice?
To anyone, preferably to any Indian or of Indian descent,
How do I make Indian chicken curry and rice? Please give me your reciepe. I know I can google the recipe and find about 100 different receipes. So please give me one you or your family have used.
Also, the traditional bread thats flat. Can I make that too or should I buy it?

Indian curry is like Mom’s meatloaf – everyone has his or her own favorite method. I hope you get some good, tried and true recipes from others. But here is a great website for Indian foods. I have made flat bread on my stove, and it’s so simple. Just use really high heat and no butter or grease in the pan.
