ok so i wanna make this meal that i can put in my tuberware and take to work ingredients i want
beef or chicken breast or something like this, i will have it with rice, and i am not sure what vegetable like a green healthy one like spinach or something plz recommend wat vegetable and meat i should HAVE

also i dont know how to cook at all how do i cook and make the meat and v egetable??

cook a little white rice , cut the chicken in little bite size pieces , mix with veggies , stir fry add rice fry all together there you got fried rice
