How do you make onigri/japanese rice balls to stick together?

Question by el retardo: How do you make onigri/japanese rice balls to stick together?
I recently found this great recipe for flavoring sushi rice, so I decided to try to make onigri. I even cheated and went and bought molds and everything, but sometimes the rice just falls apart. Is there any trick to keep rice sticky and together?

Make sure the rice is hot or else it won’t stick together very well!
