Question by Joshins: How do you make rice sticky enough for chopsticks or riceballs?
I always end up using a bloody spoon or something…
any advice, or just a good recipe?

It’s not really how you make it, it’s what kind of rice you buy. Buy Asian rice. You can find it in the Asian aisle of most American grocery stores. I use Kokuho Rose brand, but Botan is another brand that is commonly found. You can rinse your rice in cold water first before cooking it, but it will be less sticky. It’s up to you.
