Question by newmommie: How do you make vegetable stir-fry over rice? (I’d like that to be my side dish to sweet and sour pork)?
Could you please let me know a recipe for vegetable stir-fry that goes over hot cooked white rice. I always just put the frozen stir-fry veggies in a pan w/ a little olive oil and splash in some soy sauce when the veggies are about as tender as I want them, but to me it tastes a little boring and not the same as the stir-fry you would get in Chinese restaurants. So does anyone have a good recipe for it?

Use teriyaki sauce and saute veggies in chopped garlic.
