I made two recipes from Cookshelf Mexican by Marlena Spieler. It doesn’t include the calories and stuff in the book for the recipes. How many calories does the Green Rice and Vegetable Tostadas have by Marlena Spieler?

I have never heard of this book. All you have to do is add up the ingredients in the recipe and divide by how many servings and you get the amount of each serving. I do this all the time.
