Question by Saiyuki_Anyone: How to make “Kheer” Indian rice pudding? ?
What is your recipe to make this delicious desert? I do not have basmati rice on hand. Can I use jasmine rice or minute rice? Can you leave out the cardamon (it is a strong spice to me)? Thank you!

I would use the jasmine rice, not minute rice (I don’t even consider that food). This doesn’t use too much cardamon, although I don’t think it would taste right without at least some of it.
