…brown rice, chole, sag aloo, raita, and lime pickle. I made the chole and raita yesterday, but the rice and sag aloo are hot off the stove!

There are zero Indian restaurants within a 60 mile radius, so when I get organized enough to make a meal like this it makes me SUPER HAPPEH.
