My rice in sushi goes soggy?

Question by Anna: My rice in sushi goes soggy?
I’ve made sushi 4 times and everytime the rice ends up kind of still wet and soggy. I do everything on the packet, use rice vinegar etc and don’t stir right through it.

Could someone give me some tips or a new recipe to try?

I dont know, but I think once you put it in the fridge for a while or leave it out for a while, it dries a bit and is much nicer.
