I was going to make maple cured turkey but i realized i didn’t have maple syrup, so i decided to improvise. I already have made the rice with a pinch of spices and cinnamon. & im going to bake the rice with the turkey on top. then glaze it afterwards or close to it being down to warm the glaze on top. anyone have any ideas though? i was going to mix butter and brown sugar to make the glaze.. but im not sure if that will work.
