what are ur fav or best sushi recipes??

its my first time making it and i’ve beeen watching a lot of how tos on youtube….but i’ve noticed different sushi rice recipes and want to know whats best? seems like some people use sugar and others dont??

making it for my bf and he absolutely loooves sushi so it has to taste awesome please!
