Sushi without rice?

Does anyone know the recipe for sushi, that doesnt use rice in it? i think it might use avocado..i’m not sure i saw it on a commercial on footnetwork..i checked there sight but no luck! Its not Sashimi so if anyone could help me that would be awsoomme! thankks
I know its not “traditional” sushi..could someone just please tell me if they know the recipe?! great.

Technically it would no longer be called sushi without the rice, and sashimi usually is by itself or with fresh seaweed.

It’s definitely not traditional sushi, and maybe part of california quasi quisine.

Here is a link that contains some recipes, I believe they use cucumber cut thinly to act as the roll.
