Question by livin_off_sunlight: Theres this kind of sushi (or a rice ball) that I tried and I don’t know what a filling ingredient is called!
It is brown and kind of soft and dry. Kind of like fish… I think Asian people might better know what it’s called. In this sushi recipe, it was put with either fried egg or tofu and the outside was wrapped in seaweed and rice was on the inside and the egg or tofu was with the brown thing. If you also know the recipe for it, I would appreciate if you would include that too!

Well it might have been SPAM. I ate some rice balls with SPAM inside that were exactly as you described. They were tasty, too!
