I want the kind thats sticky and wont fall apart, also does anyone know of a good place online that I can order sushi supplies? Recipes?

any short grain sticky rice will work, some stores sell specific sushi rice, otherwise you can use arborio which is similar to risotto rice.

Kagayaki or Joyce Chen will usually be the brand for sushi rice in bigger markets.
