I just spent $ 50 on supplies for sushi, but I forgot to buy rice vinegar… So to avoid driving 20 miles in the snow back to the store, if someone could help me out with a recipe, I’d be truly grateful.

you don’t need to worry about a recipe.
substituting white wine vinegar or regular white vinegar will do if you haven’t any rice vinegar.
