Question by Violet: What’s an easy old-fashioned rice pudding recipe please?
I miss my moms rice pudding…I haven’t had it in years. This is my first attempt at making rice pudding and have been trying to find the right recipe online for making rice pudding. I noticed a lot of the recipes call for eggs and that’s something I don’t wish to add. I have tons of milk, I have a can of evaporated milk, have cinnamon, sugar, light brown sugar, coconut and rice. The rice I have is the carolina brand which is long grain I think. Please, can someone suggest a good recipe with the ingredients I have above? I think it would be easier if I used uncooked rice instead of cooking the rice first and then making the rice pudding. I would really appreciate your help. I’d like to make a big batch since I have a big family and I’d like some left-overs as well. Thanks so much in advance!

soak the white rice with hot water. after it is soft enough, put it into a blender. put it on low. then add some honey or fat free sugar to it. then blend againe with low. then take it out put it into a bowl and lily stir untile it is all mushy and there ya go!
