Why isnt my sticky rice sticky enough?

Question by : Why isnt my sticky rice sticky enough?
I bought some sweet rice but everytime i make it it isnt really as sticky as i like it. Im soaking it over night each time. Im thinking maybe cause i am putting too much water when i am soaking it???? I looked up
diff recipes and most of them
say to
rinse it i didnt rice this time
so maybe that will help. What do u think im doimg wrong. I have a typical bamboo steamer and everything

im korean and koreans eat sticky rice every time, it really depends on the type of rice you get, i can assure you that if you go for korean rice at the supermarket it will be sticky as you want it every time, stick with the recipe but go for the right rice
