Yoghurt rice and tomato rice with vegetable curry

What started as a playful challenge one month ago culminates today. Thirty days, thirty recipes. A different meal every day. All vegetarian, and home cooked. I decided to end the challenge with a classic south indian staple: Yoghurt rice. In South India, yoghurt rice is referred to as "Curd rice", or "Thayir Saadam" in Tamil. Of course, one cannot eat just yoghurt rice for dinner, so I made some tomato rice and some vegetable curry.
